Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 7 par les mots : « et les mots : « l’année » sont remplacés par les mots : « le délai d’une année ou de six mois, mentionné au même article 381‑1, » ;’ II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa 7, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « b bis ) La dernière phrase du même premier alinéa est supprimée ; ». III. – En conséquence, rétablir le c de l’alinéa 8 dans la rédaction suivante : « c) À la fin du deuxième alinéa, les mots : « le délai mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article » sont remplacés par les mots : « les délais mentionnés au même article 381‑1 » ; »
