I. – À l'alinéa 4, supprimer les références : « le 2° du II de l'article 7, » II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « IV bis . – Les dispositions prévues au 2° du II de l’article 7 entrent en application au 1 er janvier 2020. Six mois avant leur entrée en vigueur, elles font l’objet d’une évaluation parlementaire visant à vérifier que les préfectures sont en capacité de définir la langue du demandeur. »
