I. - Après l’article L. 547‑4‑1 du code monétaire et financier, il est inséré un article L. 547‑4‑2 ainsi rédigé :  « Art. L.  547‑4‑2 . - Les conseillers en investissements participatifs dont les financements participatifs revêtent la forme d’investissements ou de prêts nomment un commissaire aux comptes chargé du contrôle légal. » II. - Après l’article L. 548‑4 du code monétaire et financier, il est inséré un article L. 548‑4‑1 ainsi rédigé :  « Art. L.  548‑4‑1 . - Les intermédiaires en financement participatif dont les financements participatifs revêtent la forme d’investissements ou de prêts nomment un commissaire aux comptes chargé du contrôle légal. »
