Summary

I. – Après la première phrase du premier alinéa de l’article L. 134‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, il est inséré une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Il comporte une évaluation des dispositifs techniques pouvant influer sur la qualité de l’air intérieur et notamment lorsqu’il est réalisé pour un bâtiment ou pour une partie de bâtiment autonome, une évaluation du système de ventilation et de son fonctionnement ». II. – Le présent article entrent en vigueur le 1 er janvier 2020.
