Summary

Le code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile est ainsi modifié : 1° Le 7° de l’article L. 313‑11 est abrogé ; 2° L’article L. 411‑5 est complété par un 4° ainsi rédigé : « 4° Le nombre annuel des étrangers admis au bénéficie du regroupement familial, fixé par l’Assemblée nationale, a été atteint. La demande de regroupement familial fait alors l’objet d’un réexamen prioritaire l’année suivante. »
