L’article L. 45 du code électoral est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Nul ne peut être candidat s’il ne justifie avoir satisfait à ses obligations de contribuable par la présentation d’un certificat de conformité fiscale délivré par l’administration fiscale et garantissant que le candidat a accompli son devoir de contribuable en déclarant et payant ses impôts, sur les trois années précédant sa candidature. »
