Substituer aux alinéas 66 à 73 les deux alinéas suivants : « III. – Toute personne pour laquelle est sollicitée une autorisation d’accès, un agrément ou une habilitation mentionnée au I est informée qu’elle est susceptible de faire l’objet de l’enquête administrative prévue à ce même I. « IV. – Les décisions de retrait des autorisations, agréments et habilitations mentionnées aux articles L. 5332‑16 et L. 5332‑17 sont soumises au respect d’une procédure contradictoire préalable dans les conditions prévues aux chapitres I er et II du titre II du livre I er du code des relations entre le public et l’administration. »
