Après l’alinéa 39, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 5° bis L’article L. 138‑19‑8 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsque le dépassement du montant Z prévu au premier alinéa est constaté, l’union nationale des caisses d’assurance maladie transmet, dans un délai de trois mois, aux ministres chargés de la sécurité sociale et au Parlement, un rapport identifiant et analysant les facteurs de dépassement du montant. »
