Summary

I. – Après le mot : « scolaires », rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 94 : « ouvre ces services à d’autres usagers, sauf si cette ouverture porte atteinte à la qualité et à la sécurité du transport des élèves. » II. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « VI. – La section 2 du chapitre I er du titre I er du livre I er de la troisième partie du code des transports est complété par un article L. 3111‑16‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 3111‑16‑1 . – L’autorité organisatrice responsable de l’organisation et du fonctionnement des transports scolaires en Île-de-France doit ouvrir ces services à d’autres usagers, sauf si cette ouverture porte atteinte à la qualité et à la sécurité du transport des élèves. »
