Le titre V du livre III du code monétaire et financier est complété par un chapitre IV ainsi rédigé : « Chapitre IV « Non respect des obligations d’information des clients des services de paiement «  Art. L. 353‑7 . - Est puni d’une amende de 300 000 euros le fait de méconnaître l’une des obligations mentionnées à l’article L. 314‑7 du présent code. »
