À titre expérimental pour une durée de 3 ans sur le territoire de la région Provence-Alpes-Côtes d’Azur, la durée visée à l’alinéa 4 de l’article L. 252-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est réduite à six ans pour les organismes bénéficiant de l'agrément relatif à la maîtrise d'ouvrage prévu à l'article L. 365-2 lorsque les logements pris à bail sont vacants depuis plus d'un an au moment de la signature du bail.
