Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 421‑4 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ce décret prévoit un seuil dérogatoire pour les travaux d’extension, en zone urbaine couverte par un plan local d’urbanisme, sans référence au seuil de recours obligatoire à l’architecte prévu par l’article 3 de la loi n° 77‑2 du 3 janvier 1977 sur l’architecture. »
