Après l’article L. 512‑3 du code minier, il est inséré un article L. 512‑3-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 512‑3-1. - Les étrangers coupables de l’une des infractions définies par les articles L. 512‑1 et L. 512‑2 encourent également la peine complémentaire d’interdiction du territoire français, suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131‑30 du code pénal, soit à titre définitif, soit pour une durée de dix ans au plus. »
