Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « I. – L’article L. 612‑12 du code de la propriété intellectuelle est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au 4°, le mot : « manifestement » est supprimé ; « 2° Le 5° est ainsi rédigé : « 5° Dont l’objet ne peut être considéré comme une invention au sens du 2 de l’article L. 611‑10 ; » « 3° Le 7° est ainsi rédigé : « 7° Dont l’objet n’est pas brevetable au sens du 1 de l’article L. 611‑10 ; ». « II. – Le I du présent article entre en vigueur un an après la promulgation de la présente loi. Il est applicable aux demandes de brevet déposées à compter de cette date. »
