Après l’alinéa 25, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « Chapitre V « Droit à un délai raisonnable entre plusieurs contrôles successifs  «  Art. L. 125‑1 . – Une personne morale de droit privé ayant fait l’objet d’un contrôle par une administration bénéficie d’un délai de six mois francs avant lequel elle ne peut être contrôlée de nouveau par une autre administration, si le premier contrôle n’a donné lieu à aucun redressement. «  Art. L. 125‑2 . – Sont concernées par l’article L. 125‑1 l’administration de sécurité sociale, l’inspection du travail, l’administration fiscale et la direction des douanes et des droits indirects. »
