Après l’alinéa 25, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « Chapitre V « Droit à un délai raisonnable entre plusieurs contrôles successifs « Art. L. 125‑1. – L’administration qui entreprend un contrôle fait mentionner sa nature et sa durée dans un fichier interne dédié. Lorsqu’une administration procède à un contrôle, elle vérifie sur ce fichier si l’intéressé a déjà fait l’objet d’un contrôle précédent et veille, le cas échéant, à faire respecter un délai raisonnable entre les deux contrôles successifs. « Un décret pris en Conseil d’État fixe les modalités et conditions d’applications de cet article. »
