Summary

Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Dans toutes les procédures établissant un rapport direct entre une administration et un administré, la notion de “délai raisonnable” de l’administration pour répondre, contrôler ou approuver est remplacée par la mention d’un délai au maximum équivalent au délai dont dispose l’administré en la circonstance pour déclarer, compléter, répondre ou fournir des pièces justificatives. »
