Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 643‑2 code rural et de la pêche maritime, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Est interdite toute pratique commerciale qui consiste en la mise en avant d’un produit bénéficiant d’une appellation d’origine ou d’une indication géographique, notamment dans le cadre d’offres promotionnelles, qui est susceptible d’avoir pour objet ou pour effet de détourner ou d’affaiblir la notoriété de ladite appellation ou de ladite indication. Constitue, notamment, une telle pratique la mise en avant exclusive ou ciblée d’un tel produit sur un support promotionnel, afin de faire bénéficier au point de vente de l’attractivité dudit produit. »
