Summary

I. – Au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 134‑3 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, après le mot : « location, » sont insérés les mots « à l’exception des locations saisonnières, ». II. – Au VII de l’article L. 125‑5 du code de l’environnement, après le mot : « applicable » sont ajoutés les mots : « aux locations saisonnières ainsi qu’ ». III. – la première phrase du premier alinéa de l’article L. 1334‑7 du code de la santé publique, après l’année : « 1949 » sont insérés les mots : « à l’exception des locations saisonnières ».
