Summary

I. – À la fin de la première phrase de l’alinéa 3, substituer aux mots : « ou discriminatoires » les mots : « ainsi qu’à la lutte contre les discriminations au sens de l’article premier de la loi n° 2008‑496 du 27 mai 2008 portant diverses dispositions d’adaptation au droit communautaire dans le domaine de la lutte contre les discriminations ». II. – En conséquence, après le mot : « mixité, » rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 4 : « lequel lutte contre le harcèlement, les comportements sexistes et les discriminations ».
