Summary

I. – À compter du 1 er janvier 2021, le produit des ressources instituées par le II de l’article L. 561‑3 du code de l’environnement affecté au fonds de prévention des risques naturels majeurs est fixé à 180 millions d’euros. II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
