Après l'alinéa 8, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « b bis ) Le quatrième alinéa est complété  par deux phrases ainsi rédigées : « L’interprète mis à disposition du requérant est présent dans la salle d’audience où il se trouve. En cas de difficulté pour obtenir le concours d’un interprète qualifié présent physiquement auprès du requérant, l’audience ne peut se tenir par le biais d’un moyen de communication audiovisuelle. »
