Summary

Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’une demande d’autorisation ou une déclaration préalable à l’exercice d’une activité est déposée dans le délai de douze mois à compter de la délivrance d’un certificat d’information, les dispositions applicables à l’exercice de cette activité, telles qu’elles existaient à la date du certificat, ne peuvent être remises en cause. »
