Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « Pour accélérer la transition écologique et la décarbonation de l’industrie, l’État élabore une stratégie nationale « industrie verte » pour la période 2023‑2030. « Cette stratégie détermine les filières stratégiques qui doivent être implantées ou développées prioritairement sur le territoire national. Elle favorise la recherche et l’expérimentation de nouveaux produits et procédés contribuant à la transition écologique. Elle identifie les besoins nationaux en matériaux et en produits. « La stratégie nationale « industrie verte » fait l’objet d’un débat annuel devant le Parlement. »
