Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 137, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 12° bis L’article 885 E est ainsi modifié : « a) Au premier alinéa, après la première occurrence du mot : « biens », sont insérés les mots : « , à l’exclusion de l’immeuble constituant la résidence principale » ; « b) Au second alinéa, après le mot : « biens », sont insérés les mots : « , à l’exclusion de l’immeuble constituant la résidence principale ». II. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « IX. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
