Après l’alinéa 34, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : «  Art. 265 octies C –  I. – Le gazole utilisé pour les activités extractives autres que celles mentionnées au II de l’article 265 octies B bénéficient d’un tarif réduit fixé à 18,82 euros par hectolitre. « II. – Ce tarif réduit est appliqué dans les conditions prévues au III. du même article. »
