Summary

I. – L’article 199 terdecies -0 A du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le 1° du I et le 1 du VI sont complétés par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le taux est porté à 30 % pour les versements effectués jusqu’au 31 décembre 2019. » ; 2° Au premier alinéa du II, le montant : « 50 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 100 000 € » et le montant « 100 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 200 000 € ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
