Après l’alinéa 1, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1° A Après la première phrase du premier alinéa de l’article 15‑3, est insérée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Quand bien même les victimes d’infractions à la loi pénale ne justifieraient pas de preuve de leurs allégations au moment où elles déposent plainte, les officiers et agents de police judiciaire ne peuvent refuser de recevoir la plainte ni inciter la personne à déposer une main courante en lieu et place d’une plainte. »
