Summary

Après l’alinéa 3, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Sont considérées comme incompatibles avec l’exercice d’une activité agricole, sur le terrain sur lequel elles sont implantées au sens du 2° de l’article L. 111‑4 du code de l’urbanisme, toutes constructions ou installations de production et, le cas échéant, de commercialisation par un ou plusieurs exploitants agricoles, de biogaz, d’électricité et de chaleur par la méthanisation, nécessaires ou non à l’exploitation agricole, ayant une emprise au sol supérieure à une quote-part, fixée par décret, de la surface agricole totale de l’exploitation. »
