Summary

Le 1° du I de l’article L. 214‑17 du code de l’environnement est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour l’application de cet article, sont réputés ne pas constituer un obstacle à la continuité écologique des cours d’eaux mentionnée au présent 1° , après avis de l’autorité administrative prévue au premier alinéa du présent I, tout ouvrage construit ou constructible garantissant la mise en place, l’entretien et le bon fonctionnement de dispositifs ichtyo-compatibles n’entravant pas la circulation des sédiments. »
