Compléter cet article par les sept alinéas suivants : « II  (nouveau).  – La loi n° 86‑1067 du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication est ainsi modifiée : « 1° À la première phrase du premier alinéa du I de l’article 34‑2, les mots : « de l’outre-mer » sont remplacés par les mots : « des outre-mer » ; « 2° À l’article 34‑5, les mots : « à l’outre-mer » sont remplacés par les mots : « aux outre-mer » ; « 3° Au 6°  bis  de l’article 41‑3, les mots : « l’outre-mer » sont remplacés par les mots : « les outre-mer » ; « 4° Le I de l’article 98‑1 est ainsi modifié : «  a)  Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : « de l’outre-mer » sont remplacés par les mots : « des outre-mer » ; «  b)  Au dernier alinéa, les mots : « à l’outre-mer » sont remplacés par les mots : « aux outre-mer ». »
