Summary

I. – Après l'article L. 2141-1 du code des transports, il est inséré un article L. 2141-1-1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 2141-1-1. – En région Ile-de-France, nonobstant les dispositions de l’article L. 2101-1, la société SNCF Mobilités est chargée de la préservation de la sûreté des personnes, des biens et du réseau ferroviaire. ». II. – Les dispositions du I entrent en vigueur à compter du 1er janvier 2020.
