Summary

I. – Le 3° du II de l’article 156 du code général des impôts est ainsi rétabli : « 3° Sur option des bénéficiaires âgés de trente ans au plus au 1 er janvier de l’année d’imposition, les échéances versées à un établissement de crédit au titre du remboursement d’un prêt destiné à financier des études secondaires ou supérieures dans la limite de la moitié de leur montant. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts.
