Summary

La section 3 du chapitre III du titre IX du livre V du code de l’environnement est complétée par un article L. 593‑24‑1 ainsi rédigé :  « Art.  L. 593‑24‑1. –  L’installation ayant fait l’objet d’un décret de démantèlement mentionné à l’article L. 593‑28 peut, dans les dix ans suivant l’entrée en vigueur dudit décret, faire l’objet d’une réouverture de site dans les conditions fixées à la section 2 du présent chapitre.  « Les conditions d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret. »
