Summary

Le calcul de l’allocation adulte handicapé fait l’objet d’un aménagement à destination des bénéficiaires percevant cette prestation sociale avant le 1 er août 2022. Cet aménagement permet de choisir entre deux modes de calcul de l’allocation adulte handicapé pour une durée de cinq années à compter du 1 er août 2022. Le bénéficiaire peut choisir de prendre ou non en compte les ressources du conjoint pour calculer le montant de l’allocation adulte handicapé qui lui est versée.
