Après le le 3° de l’alinéa 45, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 3°  bis    L’article L. 151‑11 est complété par un III ainsi rédigé :  « III. – Les projets d’installations agrivoltaïques sont préalablement soumis pour avis conforme par l’autorité administrative compétente de l’État à la commission départementale de la préservation des espaces naturels, agricoles et forestiers prévue à l’article L. 112‑1‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime. » »
