Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 20, insérer l’alinéa suivant :  « Après trois infractions consécutives, une interdiction d’accoster dans un port français peut être prononcée à l’encontre des navires appartenant à la compagnie maritime en infraction pour une durée d’un an. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – À l’issue de la première année d’application du quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 5594‑1 du code des transports, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport mesurant l’efficacité de cette mesure. »
