Summary

I. − Après le vingt-sixième alinéa de l’article 238 bis du code général des impôts, il est inséré un 2 bis ainsi rédigé : « 2 bis . Les dons en nature réalisés au bénéfice d’une association agréée en application de l’article L. 725‑1 du code de la sécurité intérieure afin d’assurer des actions de formation nécessaires à la réalisation de son objet ou à l’exercice de ses missions ouvrent droit à une réduction d’impôt au taux de 70 %. ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe prévue à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts.
