L’article 289 B du code général des impôts est complété par un VI ainsi rédigé : « VI. – Les assujettis réalisant des opérations intracommunautaires sont tenus de transmettre, par voie électronique sécurisée, les numéros d’identification à la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée de leurs cocontractants ainsi que le montant agrégé des opérations concernées. Ces informations sont transmises à l’administration fiscale selon des modalités précisées par décret. »
