Summary

I. – Rédiger ainsi cet article : « Le titre II du livre IV du code des impositions sur les biens et services est ainsi modifié : « 1° La sous-section 2 de la section 5 du chapitre 1 er est abrogée. « 2° Le titre II est complété par un chapitre IV ainsi rédigé : « Chapitre IV « Art. L. 424. – Le niveau moyen de rentabilité, au sens de l’article L. 425‑8, de l’exploitant du réseau autoroutier concédé ne peut ainsi pas excéder 8 % ». « Les conditions d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre Ier du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
