Summary

Dans un délai d’un an à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur l’efficacité de cette loi et s’il y a lieu envisage la possibilité de mettre en place une plateforme unique de dénonciation citoyenne. Il envisage l’opportunité d’héberger cette plateforme au sein d’une autorité indépendante comme la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés ou de créer un espace dédié à cette plateforme.
