Summary

L’article L. 231‑3 du code de justice administrative est ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 231‑3 . – Les magistrats des tribunaux administratifs et des cours administratives d’appel sont inamovibles. En conséquence, aucun magistrat de ces tribunaux et cours ne peut recevoir, sans son consentement, une nouvelle affectation. « À leur demande, ces magistrats sont, en cas de réintégration dans le corps à l’issue d’une période de détachement, de mise à disposition ou de disponibilité, affectés de plein droit dans la dernière juridiction où ils ont précédemment siégé sous réserve des dispositions du présent chapitre . »
