Summary

I. – L’article L. 136‑8 du code de la sécurité sociale est ainsi modifié : 1° A la première phrase du 1° du III, après le mot : « année » , sont insérés les mots : « ou l’antépénultième année » ; 2° Au premier alinéa du III bis , après le mot : « année », sont insérés les mots : « ou l’antépénultième année ». II. – La perte de recettes pour les organismes de sécurité sociale est compensée à due concurrence par la majoration de l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
