Summary

Le I de article L. 441‑7 du code du commerce est ainsi modifié : 1° Le troisième alinéa est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Est puni de l’amende administrative prévue au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 446‑1 du présent code, le fait pour le fournisseur de s’opposer à l’application de ladite clause. » 2° Est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le distributeur est tenu d’appliquer sur les prix en rayon, la baisse résultant de l’application de cette clause, sous peine de l’amende administrative prévue au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 446‑1. »
