Substituer à l’alinéa 24 les deux alinéas suivants : « La structure de conseil et d’accompagnement choisie par la personne ayant un projet d’installation réalise un état des lieux des compétences et, si elle l’estime nécessaire au regard de cet état des lieux, conçoit et propose un parcours de formation pour lui permettre d’acquérir les connaissances et compétences nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de son projet professionnel. » « Si la structure de conseil et d’accompagnement choisie par la personne ayant un projet de cession d’exploitation estime nécessaire de lui proposer un parcours de formation pour lui permettre d’acquérir les connaissances et compétences nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de son projet professionnel. La conception de ce parcours de formation est assurée par la structure. »
