Summary

I. – Le code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° L’article 278‑0 bis est complété par un O ainsi rédigé : « O. – Les transports publics de voyageurs, à l’exception du transport aérien et des lignes à grande vitesse. » ; II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du I est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts. »
