Summary

I. – L’article 793 bis du code général des impôts est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le taux des exonérations visées au premier alinéa est porté à 85 % à condition que le donataire, héritier et légataire s’engage, pour lui et ses ayants-cause à titre gratuit, à conserver le bien pendant une durée de 18 ans suivant la transmission et à maintenir son affectation à une exploitation agricole. » II. La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts. »
