Summary

I. – L’article 787 C du code général des impôts est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Sont totalement exonérés de droits de mutation à titre gratuit la totalité ou une quote-part indivise de l’ensemble des biens meubles et immeubles, corporels ou incorporels affectés à l’exploitation d’une entreprise individuelle agricole si les conditions prévues aux a à d du présent article sont réunies. » II. – En conséquence, au premier alinéa, les mots : « , agricole » sont supprimés. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
