Summary

Après l’article L. 442‑2‑1 du code la construction de l’habitation, il est inséré un article L. 442‑2‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 442‑2‑2 . – Le locataire qui accepte comme mode de paiement du loyer l’ordre de prélèvement automatique sur son compte courant peut se voir appliquer par l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 411‑2 gérant son logement une réduction pouvant aller jusqu’à 2 % du loyer principal. « La réduction est portée sur la quittance remise au locataire. « Les modalités d’application du présent article sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
