Après l’alinéa 25, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° A Après le neuvième alinéa du I de l’article L. 229‑25 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le Gouvernement doit présenter d’ici juin 2024 une version simplifiée du bilan des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, afin d’encourager le respect de cette obligation par les entreprises concernées. »
